The Initiative: Elevating Technical Talent

Industrial Excellence is an independent platform driven by students from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Our mission is to project the technical talent of recent Industrial Engineering graduates beyond the traditional academic archive.

While the UPV is the epicenter of this talent, this initiative was born autonomously to give a second life to Master's Theses. We believe these projects, which represent the pinnacle of years of training, should not be a mere bureaucratic formality, but rather the best professional calling card for the job market.

Bridging the Recruitment Gap

We understand that, in the industrial sector, recruiters are not just looking for a degree, they are looking for technical evidence. An information gap exists where companies are often unaware of a recent graduate's true proficiency in critical tools such as Python, MATLAB, ANSYS or AutoCAD.

We act as a showcase for high-level technical summaries, allowing hiring managers to visualize the analytical capacity and technological proficiency of candidates before their first interview.

The Global Engineer: Mobility & Excellence

A central pillar of this project is providing visibility to students in mobility programs. Many of the most innovative TFMs at the UPV are developed at prestigious universities and research centers abroad.

Due to their international stays, these engineers are often unable to attend local job fairs or networking events. Industrial Excellence eliminates those borders, ensuring their talent is accessible to companies regardless of where they defended their project.

Volume 0: A Statement of Intent

Volume 0 is a conceptual prototype and a statement of intent. It is a project created by and for engineers seeking to transform the Master's Thesis into a professional positioning tool. We want the technical excellence of the UPV to be visible before the engineer even walks through the door for their first interview.
